MARION F. FELT
Description
Lieutenant Colonel Marion F. Felt served during World War II as a Platoon Leader, S1, S2, S3, and S4 with the 100th Battalion, 442d Regimental Combat Team in France and Italy. Some of his other assignments include duty as Assistant G4, Chief of Supply Branch, Headquarters XXIV Corps, Seoul, Korea; Assistant G1, Chief, Plans Branch, Headquarters Sixth U.S. Army; Infantry Advisor to the Chief of Infantry and the Chief of Staff, Peruvian Army while assigned to the United States Army Mission to Peru, later he became the Executive Officer of the Mission; Deputy Director, Department of Non-Resident Instruction and ROTC Advisor, United States Army Infantry School. | Lieutenant Colonel Felt is a graduate of the Infantry Officer Advanced Course and the Command and General Staff College. | Lieutenant Colonel Felt's awards and decorations include: the Silver Star, the Bronze Star Medal, the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Order of Ayachuco, presented by the Peruvian Government.
