Annual Reunion 2020

We regret to inform you that the 2020 OCS Alumni Association reunion is cancelled and the Hall of Fame ceremony is postponed due to health concerns related to the coronavirus situation.

We wish to thank everyone for their support as the number of registrations and guests was very positive. Over the next 30 days, our Treasurer will be issuing individual refunds, so watch your credit card statement for this transaction. Please wait for your refund; there is no need to email us your request.

If you do not want a refund, but would rather donate to the OCS Heritage Center Sustainment Fund instead, please send an email to [email protected]

Regarding the cancellation of the 2020 OCS Alumni Association reunion:

You will have to cancel your hotel reservation yourself. The primary hotel for the reunion was the Columbus Marriott

(TEL: 706-324-1800) but reunion participants also reserved hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn (TEL: 706-660-5550).

Please ensure you contact the appropriate hotel to cancel your reservations.

The Purpose:

The Purpose of the Alumni Association's Annual Reunion is for

OCS graduates to reconnect, and for the Board of Directors to:

  • Hold Elections to the Board of Directors.
  • Update Membership on the activities of the board.
  • Dedicate new additions to the OCS Heritage Center.
  • Dedicate new plaques on the OCS Memorial Walk.
  • See old friends, make new friends.

The Reunion Registration process consists of two parts (1) Gathering your information (2) Purchasing Event

Tickets. Member rates apply to their family and guests as well.

At the end of the Registration Form you will have an opportunity to request special assistance and/or special dietary meals.


On May 3rd from 11:30 – 1:30 the Reunion Committee has arranged 4 event OPTIONS for you and your guests.

Please choose just one of these events.  

Bus transportation tickets are offered for all day transportation on May 3rd and May 4th. For those without military identification it’s easier to get on Fort Benning if you ride the bus.
