Here are some answers to frequent questions from users.

Transportation from Atlanta Airport:

Car Rental Agencies: Available at the Airport.

Shuttle Service to Columbus: Groome Transportation: (706) 324-3939 / (800) 584-6735. This service will take you to their Columbus office. The Columbus Marriott Hotel can send a shuttle to pick you up at the Groome Office if you coordinate this in advance with the hotel. Another alternative is to take a taxi to your hotel once you arrive at Groome Transportation Offices.

Transportation from Columbus Airport:

The Columbus Marriott Hotel has a complimentary shuttle, but you must contact them in advance to access it. The Columbus Marriott phone number is 706-324-1800. There are also taxi’s and rental cars available at the airport.

Bus Transportation To & From FT Benning:

Reserved buses are available for transportation to and from Ft. Benning and the National Infantry Museum. Make certain you sign up for the bus service on the registration form.

Driving on Ft. Benning:

Ft. Benning is a restricted access installation. A military ID is required. If you wish to drive your personal vehicle on post and do not have a military ID you will be required to obtain a visitor’s pass each time you go on post. This is time consuming and is not recommended. A second option is to submit to a background check that will cover your length of access to Ft. Benning. (Contact Ft. Benning for details.) For those of you without a military ID the use of buses is the easiest option and is highly encouraged.

Dress Code:

SATURDAY – May 2: Anything comfortable.

SUNDAY – May 3: Alumni Brunch/OCS and NIM Activities/Barbecue:

Casual: Slacks, Collared shirts, dresses, pantsuits

MONDAY – May 4: Hall of Fame Ceremony and Award Dinner:

Semi - Formal: Suits and ties are invited for the gentlemen and cocktail or “Sunday” dress or pantsuits for the ladies. The Army Service Uniform (ASU) is also appropriate attire for the ladies and gentlemen.

Your registration for the reunion does not include your hotel accommodations. You must register with the hotel for your room. Our website has a secure link to the Columbus Marriott Hotel where you can make your reservation and secure it with your credit card. If you wish to phone in your reservation the hotel phone number is 1-706-324-1800. Make sure you tell the reservations agent that you will attend the 2020 Officer Candidate SchoolsAlumni Association Reunion to ensure that you are in the group block and receive the special $129.00 per night rate. (Including breakfast). You should book early and if you must cancel, the hotel cancellation policy is 2 days before arrival. Also, the group rate is good until April 1, 2020. After that date, the hotel will take your reservation on a space available basis only.


Members: No registration fee for members and their guests. Nonmembers and their guests will pay a registration fee of $55.00 pp. Everyone must register whether member and guests or nonmembers and their guests.
