His first duty assignment was as Operational B Team, S -3. | His Subsequent duty assignments include: Parachute Rigger, S-3, Operational Detachment B, 19th SFGA; Commander, Operational A Team, 19th SFGA; Commander, Administrative, Detachment, l9th SFGA; Training Officer, Officer Candidate School; Commander, Signal Company, 19th SFGA; State Communications Officer, Headquarters UTNG; State Plans, and Operations Officer, Headquarters UTARNG; Control Group (Reinforcement), 157th IMA Detachment, Washington, D.C.; Deputy Director, Congressional Inquiry Division, Office of the Chief of Legislative Liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Army, Washington, D.C.; Chief, Military Liaison to the Republic of Slovenia, Ljubljana, Slovenia; Commanding Officer, 157th IMA Detachment, (Joint Services) Washington, D.C.; Special Assistant for Reserve Affairs, The Chief of Staff of the Army, The Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He was serving as Special Assistant, C.S.A., Reserve Affairs, at the time of his induction into the Hall of Fame.
