Division in Korea; G-3, Army Section of JUSMAGG, Assisting and Advising the Greek Army. | Colonel Stell is a graduate of The Command and General Staff College | His awards and decorations include: the Bronze Star Medal w/3 oak leaf Clusters, The Philippine and Korean Presidential Citation and The Combat Infantryman Badge.
