His first duty assignment was as Platoon Leader, 47th Tank Battalion, Leadership School, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. | His subsequent duty assignments include: Rifle Platoon Leader, C Company, 7th Infantry Regiment, 3d Infantry Division, Korea. | His subsequent employment includes: Assistant United States Attorney, Northern District of New York; Associate General Counsel, New York State Temporary Commission on Revision of Penal Law and Criminal Code; Principle Assistant District Attorney, Onondaga County; General Counsel, New York State Joint Legislative Committee on Crime; Chairperson, Chief Judge’s New York Task Force on Women in the Courts; and Judge of the Family Court, State of New York, County of Onondaga Supervising Judge. | He retired as Judge of Family Court of the State of New York.
