Colonel Douglas Pemberton Frazier served in Europe in World War II as Commander, E Company, and later 2nd Battalion, 309th Infantry. Colonel FrArizonaier is a graduate and former instructor of the Command and General Staff College. He has also served as Commander of the 7th Army Tank Training Center; Assistant Deputy G-3, Headquarters, Far East Command; Commander of Combat Command A, 3rd Armored Division; and Commander of the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment. | Colonel Frazier's awards and decorations include: the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Silver Star, Legion of Merit with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Bronze Star Medal, the Commendation Ribbon and the British Military Cross.
