Colonel Donald B. Leazott is a 1967 graduate of the Infantry Officer Candidate School and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant of Infantry. He served over 26 years in a variety of key assignments. His subsequent duty assignments include: Chief, Command Logistics Review Program, Northeast Branch; Commander, 187th Support Battalion, 187th Separate Infantry Brigade; Operations and Intelligence Officer, 167th Support Group; Commander, Combat Support Company, 1st Battalion, 220th Infantry, and Advisor, Republic of Vietnam; Chief, Inspections Division, Inspector General, U.S. Army Reserve Command. | His military education and training includes: Infantry Officer Advanced Course at Fort Benning, the Quartermaster Corps Branch Qualification Course at Fort Lee and the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth. He graduated from Windham College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
