Colonel Joseph Douglas Celeski
Colonel Joseph Douglas Celeski was commissioned as an Armor Officer upon graduation from Infantry Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia, Class 1-78 in February of 1978. This was predated by six years of enlisted service. Following IOBC, he reported to his first duty assignment as a Platoon Leader, Co B, 3/64th Armor.
