Colonel Gerald Armand DiGrezio was commissioned as an Infantry Officer upon graduation from Infantry Officer Candidate School Class 509-68 at Fort Benning, Georgia, 5 August 1968. Following IOBC, he reported to his first duty assignment as Administrative Officer, Co M, Aviation Maintenance Battalion, Hunter Army Airfield.
