Colonel David W. Clark serves as one of the Senior Advisors for Sensitive Intelligence Operations in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. He was commissioned a second lieutenant of Infantry upon graduation from OCS at Fort Benning, Georgia.
