Lieutenant Colonel Clark W. Trainer rose from Platoon Leader to Battalion Adjutant with the 323rd Infantry Regiment in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He also served as Regimental Adjutant with the 27th Infantry Regiment in Korea. | Some of Lieutenant Colonel Trainer’s other assignments include Battalion Commander, 39th Infantry Regiment, Fort Dix, New Jersey; and Allied Liaison Officer, United States Army Infantry School. | Lieutenant Colonel Trainer is a graduate of the Advanced Infantry School, the Command and General Staff College and the Armed Forces Staff College. | Lieutenant Colonel Trainer’s awards and decorations include: the Bronze Star w/1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the Commendation Ribbon and the Combat Infantryman Badge.
