HOWARD A. TRAMMELL

Lieutenant Colonel Howard A. Trammell served as a Platoon Leader and Company Commander with the 62nd Armored Infantry Battalion of the 14th Armored Division and saw action in the European Theater. Lieutenant Colonel Trammell later served with the 634th Armored Infantry Battalion of the 1st Armored Division, after  which he was an advisor with KMAG. | After leaving Korea, Lieutenant Colonel Trammell became the Assistant PMST at Vanderbilt University. Lieutenant Colonel Trammell was then assigned as Assistant Area Inspector General, Western Area Command, Germany. | Lieutenant Colonel Trammell’s awards and decorations include: the Silver Star, Bronze Star Medal w/2 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Combat Infantryman Badge.
